Dear John:

Thank you for the prompt and courteous service you have provided for over 25 years. Although most of the boiler service was provided on regularly scheduled Annual Visits for cleaning and preventitive maintenance, there were times when emergency visits were necessary (usually on very cold weekend nights) to repair a boiler problem of replace a hot water tank. Each time you responded in a timely manor.

This past year, when my boiler died from old age, I decided to convert to gas. The decision was based largely on saving space by eliminating the oil tank and not the price to install a new boiler (your price was much lower than the cost to convert to gas).
